Welcome to The Wandering Tavern ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Our Services

The Wandering Tavern is a dry mobile bartending service. We provide professional bartending staff, beverage service, bar setup, and related event services.

We do not sell, provide, purchase, transport, or distribute alcoholic beverages. The client is solely responsible for obtaining and supplying all alcoholic beverages served at the event and for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2. Eligibility

By booking our services, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Booking & Payment

Reservations are confirmed only after:

  • A signed service agreement (if applicable).

  • Payment of the required deposit.

  • Acceptance of the event details by The Wandering Tavern.​​

 

Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your booking agreement.

 

Failure to make payments by the required dates may result in cancellation of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

​

  • Provide all alcoholic beverages, mixers (unless otherwise contracted), and any required permits.

  • Ensure the event location permits alcohol service.

  • Obtain any necessary licenses or permissions required by local authorities.

  • Provide a safe and suitable working environment for our staff.

  • Ensure guests comply with applicable laws regarding alcohol consumption.

5. Responsible Alcohol Service

The Wandering Tavern reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, underage, or poses a safety risk.

  • Request identification to verify legal drinking age.

  • End alcohol service if circumstances create unsafe conditions or violate applicable laws.

 

Our bartenders are committed to responsible alcohol service and reserve the right to make decisions in the interest of guest safety.

6. Non-Alcoholic Services

We may also provide mocktail service, beverage stations, and other non-alcoholic beverage options. These services are subject to the same booking and cancellation policies.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies are outlined in your booking agreement.

Unless otherwise stated:

​

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation notice provided.

  • Rescheduled events are subject to availability.

8. Event Delays

Client-caused delays may reduce available service time.

​

Additional service hours requested during the event may be billed at our current hourly rate, subject to staff availability.

9. Liability

The Wandering Tavern is not responsible for:

​

  • Alcohol supplied by the client.

  • Injuries or damages caused by intoxicated guests.

  • Actions of guests before, during, or after the event.

  • Loss or damage resulting from inaccurate event information provided by the client.​

  • Death or dismemberment.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Wandering Tavern from claims arising from the client's provision of alcohol or violations of applicable alcohol laws.

The Wandering Tavern currently holds the following insurance:

  • ​General Liability Insurance

  • Liquor Liability Insurance

10. Property Damage

The client is responsible for damages caused by guests to our equipment, bar rentals, décor, or supplies beyond normal wear and tear.

11. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to interfere with website security or functionality.

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

12. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, photographs, graphics, text, and other content on this website are the property of The Wandering Tavern unless otherwise noted.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Privacy

Any personal information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Force Majeure

The Wandering Tavern shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, public emergencies, labor disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wandering Tavern's total liability arising from any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the applicable event.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which The Wandering Tavern is registered and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
