Equipment Rental

Have your own bartender? No problem! The Wandering Tavern also offers bar equipment rentals for weddings, parties, corporate events, and celebrations of all kinds. Whether you just need the essentials or want to elevate your event with elegant bar accessories, we've got the gear to help your celebration run smoothly.

Base Equipment Package - $500

This package includes:

  • Setup and Teardown

  • Up to four 4.4 gallon cocktail dispensers

  • A full set of professional bar tools

  • 1 Long tradeshow portable bar

  • 2 Eight foot tables with black tablecloths

  • 2 90 Quart Igloo coolers

  • 2 Ice scoops

  • A Liquor stand

Rental time is 4 hours.  Additional rental time available upon request.   Mileage applies. 

Extra available equipment

  • Extra Long Tradeshow Portable Bar - $100​

  • The Wandering Tavern's Bar Tent with Trash Can and Trash bags- $200

  • Inflatable Tabletop Mini Coolers - $25
