The Wandering Tavern Refund Policy
At The Wandering Tavern, we are committed to providing exceptional mobile bartending services for every event. Because each booking requires reserving a date, coordinating staff, and preparing for your event, the following refund policy applies.
Booking Retainer
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. Your reservation is not confirmed until the retainer has been received and your booking has been accepted.​​
Client Cancellations

More than 30 days before the event: Any payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer will be refunded.

15–30 days before the event: Fifty percent (50%) of the remaining balance, excluding the retainer, will be refunded.

Less than 15 days before the event: No refunds will be issued, as staffing, scheduling, and event preparations have already been finalized.
Event Rescheduling
​If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date based on availability. If we are available, your retainer may be transferred to the new event date. If we are unavailable, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
Service Cancellations by The Wandering Tavern
In the unlikely event that The Wandering Tavern must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, and a suitable replacement or rescheduled date cannot be arranged, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your retainer.
No-Shows and Early Event Termination
No refunds will be provided for client no-shows, guest count reductions after final confirmation, or events that end early due to circumstances outside of The Wandering Tavern's control.
Weather and Force Majeure
For outdoor events, weather-related cancellations are subject to this refund policy unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. Events affected by severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond either party's control will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with rescheduling preferred whenever possible.
